This Princess hand puppet comes from an old Punch & Judy Set made in Germany

This little marionette is a nice example of a string puppet that populated homes in the beginning of the 20th century

Its nose and moth are finely hand stitched and the body is made of mohair

Steiff's trademark button in ear is present but the yellow flag is faded and the chest tag is missing
